A person or entity is deemed to be an advertiser ("the advertiser") by submission of their personal and / or business details via the website with the instruction to the company to publicly display those details for commercial purposes. A fee for this service is paid to the company.

If you do not agree to all of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT use the Entertainya Web Site.

User Submissions

It is a condition of these Terms and Conditions that all information you post and/or submit to be posted in our directories, including all advertisements and creative designs, are either your own works or works which you are using with the permission of the owner.
